After transaction your private information  (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Knot Clothes ships in Norway & Europe. 

Shipping within Norway:

Shipping in Norway is free.

We ship our orders via Norwegian post. 

Shipping within Europe :

Shipping in Europe is free.

We ship our orders via Norwegian post.

Shipping time may vary according to the country.

Knot Clothes orders are shipped from Bergen, Norway.

It is illegal to declare lower values or declare the items as gifts.

Knot Clothes shipments outside Norway are subject to import fees. Payment of these import fees is the full responsibility of the Client.

Please check your country customs rules for more information about import fees.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client´s address (bacause of the Client´s wrong given shipping address/information), the package may risk being sent back to Norway at the Client´s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Norway. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

Shipping Information - Shipping tracking

The goods will be sent within upcoming two working days after the payment is received.  

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from Knot Clothes specifying the tracking number and additional information where and how they can track their package. 

When you receive the goods, we ask you to check the box for any visual damage. If you are not happy with the received package, please refuse to accept it and contact us at:



Our Return Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately, we can´t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. To complete your return, we require an order number from the package or receipt. Please contact our customer service if you have any additional questions.


Once your return is received and inspected , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

When we make refund on "PayPal", it takes refund fee. This refund fee pays cuustomer.  

Sale items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time may vary for your exchanged item to reach you.

If you are shipping our items back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, in order to guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
